Grandma Miller's Gobs

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
½ cup Crisco
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1 cup boiling water
Mix and let cool
Mix remaining ingredients and add to the above
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup cocoa

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.

¾ box of powder sugar
¼ lb oleo
1 egg
¼ tsp vanilla
Add just enough milk to make a thick paste
Cool the cakes place filling between two cakes
